    Always disappointed when we lose, but so proud of that team. That will be one of our hardest away games of the season and we showed so much quality with 11 men and then so much heart with 10. Hopefully some quality additions and we will have a good season this year

    Thought we played very well tonight. Shame we couldn't get an equaliser, but a poor decision from Neim ultimately cost us. Players and fans at the found gave 100% and should be proud of the effort.

    (Or just look to find fault in the young keeper)

    Also, I must say, for how many years were we crying out loud for the club to invest time and money in talented youngsters and the academy rather than chasing ageing mercenaries, and now we have them they seem to get nothing but stick.

    I can’t excuse Neil’s red because it was daft and he deserved it. But the rest of our youngsters played really well tonight with some proper fight in them not to roll over when we were 2 nil down with 10 men.

    Onwards and upwards.

    difference between stick and criticism. Nobody on here is at the ground booing them.

    the fact they’re academy players is irrelevant. It’s great to see them playing but they’re not getting special privileges because they’re academy players

    I have no fears about our team finding their feet in this league. Good performance.

    To be fair I thought the ref was the best we have had for a while as well.
