There is precedence from previous seasons on how draws work though. If we take the rules explanation as a reminder of last year's rules, then that should be taken into account
I also have a rule this year that the competition isn’t open to employees and their families so Chippy and all his socks are going to be very upset if they finish top.
If the draw rule is revoked for me and my theory then I accept. But I should thus have 7 points and an additional 35 to equal Chippys score as a result of my ability to pick through the finer detail of the rules. I am sure all players will agree that is a fair result given I have exposed a massive legal loophole.
Either that or as w whistleblower you will now be extradited to Indonesia to become a member of Jak's "household"
It's all very well having 2 pages of GG crying over a couple of points he doesn't deserve, but it's all deflecting from the fact that my card wasn't applied, despite my polite and timely request. Can we please get some perspective here. Otherwise I'll have to send the heavies round to visit Jak. And by heavies, I mean me and my brothers.
Pay ????? You do something good you get rewarded by sleeping in his bed, you do something bad you get to bath him
The main benefit for GG being one of Jak's 'employees' is that he won't have to worry about dangerous zips - because he won't be wearing anything.
I'm sorry Jak, but I have to take Trev's side on this one - well, mostly. He clearly wanted to play his card for last weekend's games after he got 15 points. Therefore, it seems only fair to double all further points he got AFTER scoring the first 15 and then count his card as used.
Well after two pages of drivel there wasn't much updating to do as no points were scored last night. @Thunder Twunt wins the week with 42points from @Albert's Chip Shop (40) and Cronemeister (32). These three lead the overall standings after two weeks. @Geordieginola's points have been adjusted as I did him out of 1pt for the Aston Villa game and this has now been added. He is also now leading the PTPR standings with a value of 0.85. Winner of this award will be banned from next year's competition. Some of you have already posted predictions for next week (wtf is going on?). For those that haven't here are next weeks fixtures: Saturday 20th August Tottenham Hotspur vs Wolverhampton Wanderers Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa Everton vs Nottingham Forest Fulham vs Brentford Leicester City vs Southampton AFC Bournemouth vs Arsenal Sunday 21st August Leeds United vs Chelsea West Ham United vs Brighton & Hove Albion Newcastle United vs Manchester City Monday 22nd August Manchester United vs Liverpool
Justice has been served. Although I should move up a couple of places. That 1 point may make all the difference. Only last season some folks where saying that’s a good point. Until we didn’t win for the first 14 games or something.
It's an outrage. I shall be writing a very strongly worded letter to the Prime Minister. I haven't decided what about yet.
