Prediction League Season 2022-23

So my attempt to randomise things has instead had the effect of moving Joe and SMH, already No 1 and No 2 respectively, into even more commanding positions, with more than twice the points of the two intensely unlucky backmarkers. Plym moves into a strong third from 5th.

I shall have to dream up another cunning plan.

Me too! I nearly offered 15 points for spot on but thought better of it!

I will run it again, probably when we have two consecutive days of snow in Plymouth.

 

Two consecutive days of snow south of London to Bristol is rare.....unless its Exmoor, Dartmoor or Salisbury Plain.

Not quite like my first winter home from Aden....I think it started snowing New Years eve.....and it was still there in March....used to drive the car along the rutted snow tracks and it could be a problem trying to turn off these tracks....the destroyed exhaust systems that you used to see along the kerb edge over those three months was something to behold.

My bedroom window had an icicle three foot long hanging from it (old style sash windows)....and there was ice on the inside of the window as well.....no central heating in those days...and certainly no telephones.

 

It's pleasing to see the tradition of who runs it is last notdistant.
