I’ll take that

playing **** at the bridge and getting a point

they played their bollocks off hence the cry arsing because they didn’t get the 3 points they felt entitled to until Kane broke their chavvy hearts

We can take many positives

4 points out of 6 with one of our toughest away fixtures out of the way

we will do this lot at home

Firstly it should be said that they actually don't have anything to complain about. Secondly it's always amusing when fans of a team that are used to getting dodgy decisions (on and off the field) decide the world is against them. If we signed a petition to stop refs we don't like officiating in our matches there wouldn't be many refs left to do so. Also perhaps they might like to be on the end of some real dodgy officiating, such as having a goal given against them when the ball didn't cross the line (hasn't that happened twice against them?) Basically the fans should shut up and instead be thankful for still being in existence in their current "doesn't conform to any normal business model" form.

...and Taylor very obviously saw him do it.

I don't bother with MoTD anymore, did they report it accurately or go with the 'Chelsea Cheated' line?
MOTD had it down as a foul and the keeper unsighted for the goal ,like wise Cuti could be red carded for the hair pull incident and Kase header was going wide
They had Jenus in the studio so it was impartial <laugh><laugh><laugh>

For what it's worth, yes we were lucky to get a point from that performance. However...
Bentancur got a toe on the ball and Havertz went down to get the foul. Correct decision.
That incident was 45 secs before the goal and Chavs had possession back in that time.
Richarlison was in an offside position but not interfering with keepers view.
Correct decision.

Sideshow Cuch and Romero were grappling each other,. But the latters hairpull was (very) funny, but stupid and was a foul.
Wrong decision.
Trouble for us is that Romero only does violent and unless Conte managed to harness his qualities we could have a problem as he will get a (dare I say it, deserved) reputation.
As for managers spat, Poundshop Kloop was responsible for 2nd incident entirely so Contes red should be rescinded.

Great result and loved what I saw of Richarlison too. :emoticon-0148-yes:

I know that he's not universally loved...but I love what he'll bring to us. He's a ****er...as is Bissouma. They will bring some much needed spikiness to a team that's been 'far too nice' for some time.
I love the guy already. I'm just concerned his 'reputation' will precede him and refs will focus on him & opposition will target him.

1. The Kane header : classic coulda shoulda woulda.

All a player can do is firstly to get their header as
close as possible to going directly / being deflected in,
and then see what occurs thereafter.

2. On the goal opportunities never should have arisen : I agree.

There is a case for Richarlison sufficiently distracting Mendy
such that he reacted later to the Hojbjerg shot.

A foul should have been given against Romero for his
hair pull on son of Luiz.

But I don't care, cos Kings Road FC are a long-time
bunch of utter c**ts and you will be hard-pushed to
find more deserving recipients of such "injustice" .

I hate blaming refs for results but will make an exception for yesterday. It's just the same old stuff with Taylor. I can't understand how they felt Kovacic's goal v Liverpool was worthy of a review but not the PEH goal yesterday.

The return game in N17 should be interesting - there's not much in it between the sides now IMO.

I don’t want him changing one bit. Closest thing to a Sergio Ramos we’ve got. He walks and even crosses the line at times and there’ll be incidents he’ll get punished for but he’s fantastic at both winding opposition up and doing everything he can to give Spurs an edge, not forgetting he’s also a fantastic defender. I love these players (especially in a Spurs shirt!).

Rightly or wrongly football’s very much surrounded by dark arts these days and there’s realistically only two options:

Continue to be a victim of it and moan all the time that a dick of a player does something to your team.
Partake in it to give you similar “benefits” and lap up the tears of opposition fans.

I’m choosing the latter.
