Djenepo has really impressed me, and he keeps performing like this then I'd happily have as a deputy at as LWB/LW. Thus comment was meant for the previous poster.
Oi, don’t confuse the Matchday Thread Compiler, by naming Chelsea instead of Leicester as our next game. I get confused enough.
Yep, he's an easy target because he's not playing his natural position but he hasn't let anyone down so far and has been pretty good defensively as well as going forward.
That pass, and the one Che Adams made to the Leeds player for their first goal should make the 2 good 2 bad on MOTD2, if they still do it, that is. Haven’t watched it for ages.
Anyone of that physique (exaggeration notwithstanding) trying to sit comfortably on a piece of plastic the size of a navvy's palm has my sympathy.
It would seem the evidence in support of the article wasn't there today. I suspect it won't be there in future games either. So bining the article might be an idea?
The team played well in the second half, so the players on the pitch put in the effort. It doesn’t mean that there are no issues with any of the players or coaching staff. I don’t think he’s lost the dressing room, but then that’s not what I took from the article. Personally I wouldn’t ‘bin’ the article, but then it didn’t surprise or upset me very much. It was sensationalist and probably made a lot more of its sources for obvious reasons.
Watching that challenge on Armstrong again, I don't think it was a clear error by the on field referee so right for VAR not to intervene.
It’s pretty simple Ralph. Play players in their normal positions and we might have enough quality to stay in this league. Glad he finally saw sense.
Never really got it with zonal marking. Seems like the risk of losing a player is higher than the drawbacks of having defenders dragged around.
The ref was awful. The kung fu kick on che in the first half was acceptable? I’m not arguing the Armstrong tackle but he let so much go against us in the first half
Yes, except Ralph normally plays players in abnormal positions. Which are normal to him and abnormal to you, so it's difficult to say which normal is normal, his or yours?
Schrodinger’s tactics I was talking about neither mine, nor his..I was talking about the players and where they feel comfortable
