West Ham are threatening legal action against the owners of the London Stadium are pints of beer are priced at £7.50 and bottles of coke at £4.50. Now, as outrageous as those prices are (I bought a pint for just over a fiver at Spurs for example), they made the decision to move into the London Stadium. I have a certain degree of sympathy with the fans though. But Gold and Sullivan could subsidise the costs out of their own pocket.
Was in London all this week for work, 2 pints of lager, 1 cider and 2 of those IPA things was £38 Beer prices have gone nuts, don’t get anything for under a fiver where I live and most starting to creep over £6 now
This surely takes pretty brass balls to bring such a case? Surely they will be laughed at and it would be suggested they, erm, actually pay for the stadium or shut up? Edit: apparently there is a "Comparable clubs" clause in the contract
I’m glad Gordon had that goal disallowed. Not just because of the way he pushed the Villa keeper, as the corner came in, but also because he of the way he hit the turf earlier, holding his face to try and get Mings sent off.
Awful error from De Gea, 1-0 Brentford. Can’t stand United, but Bees can piss off booing Eriksen like this.
Unfortunately they might stop with the suicidal short balls in and around their own box by the time we play them
