Good read that. One thing that annoys me probably more than it should, when someone is employed by the club and they call it 'Sunderland Football Club'.
This is a cracking article. The club is clearly tempering expectations for this season as well. One mentioning survival and 2 mentioning "consolidation". No-one is talking about top 8 this season, but it seems that this is just an interim step and the goal from next year on will be promotion. So perhaps we won't see that big midfielder in that will put us in the reckoning this year. Maybe that'll come next year when our younger players have adapted to the Championship and are ready to kick on.
Well hopefully all away fans aren’t the same Coventry have always been arseholes but if it continues it’s got to be addressed
QPR aren’t the sort of fans to cause trouble tbf, never seen them cause any trouble up here, but I hope it’s in place for Millwall
I agree mate, but the club said they would sort it and then nothing else been said/done - zero action taken as far as I can see. We shouldn't be in this position, but, hopefully nobody is hurt on Saturday. The club have been warned and (up to now) done nowt about it.
Davison couldn’t be less interested if he tried. All I’ve heard is that there is a fans meeting with the club tomorrow about the concerns so I’m sure something will be said this week
Totally agree on him, the bloke is a clown. It shouldn't need another meeting though. The problems and solutions are obvious. He is an absolute waste of space.
It’s disappointing that it’s taken someone to force another meeting, because the first meeting amounted to nothing as the highest ranked club employee couldn’t give a ****e and would rather save money.
That in itself needs questioning. Why another meeting? What new information will come to light? Absolutely nothing, Davison needs to act decisively and quickly but he is clueless and couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. He needs to be relieved of his duties.
