Pre Season Friendlies

That midfield of Bruno, joelinton and Willock look really good together. Botman’s passing is excellent.

 

he seems to really boss the defence. Fist bumps take note.

 

Was a fairly comfortable first half performance. They had a couple of good chances but we pretty much controlled the game. Lots of good incisive passing creating a lot of space.

Dummett actually has had a good first half. Wood has done nothing though.

 

Thought Wood had one of his better halves.

Bilbao getting more and more into it!

 

Lucky in the end. Bilbao had a lot of chances in last 20mins and we seemed to run out of energy.

 

Good couple of games against two top flight sides. To stay with these two outfits shows there's a bit more strength in our squad.

 

Obviously designed to see who could last 90mins and midfield with exception of Joelinton failed the test. Dummett tired as well and when he went off Bondswell was exposed regularly. He is nowhere near PL standard, on todays showing. He was caught out of position every time they attacked.

 

bondswell came unstuck quite a few times imho.

So was it a good performance overall?

 

Dominated and controlled the first half. 2nd half a certain fist bumping dog **** defender had us encamped in and around our own box inviting more and more pressure on. If they'd won 3-2 in the end there couldn't be many complaints.

Wow was it that bad second half. I read and was told that Joelintons legs had gone second half?

 

From what I seen of it yeah. However I was too busy defending myself from accusations from a certain person in the ground who claimed I think Lascelles is ****.
