Jevon Mills is ahead of him right now for me, but I do see your point

I actually completely missed that Ghana are in the WC too and Tetteh was in their most recent squad. So between him, Aly and Elder could this potentially be our most representation at a WC?

Brownhill looks very sharp too. As I was saying the other day, even though they've turned over a lot of the squad they still have some of their PL quality players.

I've not seen enough of Jevon to comment but it's a risk when Alfie is made of glass.

Yeah me neither he seems to have a great mentality, has that fighter in him because he’s probably come from nothing. He’s got deceptively good feet too. Think he’s one that’ll go under the radar at the start but will really prove himself to be a top player. He had a 1 in 3 for Slavia Prague which is a pretty good level and the same for bottom of the league Yeni Matalayspor too

Id be very surprised if Jevon didn’t end up in League 2 this season, he’s our next big financial asset to come through. I’m hoping Jake Leake gets a decent NL move/League 2 too where they can play a lot. Because out of all our academy lads they’re the closest to being ready. Would love them to be involved at Bradford next week

I loved Kompany's positivity but he can't play like that against any decent Championship side.

Even 1st half when they were utterly dominant, if Hudds could pass they had several good chances to break on them. Maatsen was basically playing as a forward.

I think Kompany nailed it in his pre match interview with Sky, he acknowledged that they don't have a goalscorer so everyone will have to chip in. That'll be their biggest downfall, they should have won that game by half time, they were so good and so dominant. Barnes does so much well but he just doesn't look potent. He tripped over the ball for his assist and when he was clean through he looked so slow and took and eternity to shoot (it was a clear pen mind).

Like I've said before, I just want them playing. I wouldn't mind Jevon going to York, I think they're still semi pro so he'd still be able to train with us every day but get good game time too at a decent level. I like non league for that as we get to keep them around the first team but they still get games.

We've just issued the squad numbers and No.10 has been left free, which suggests we most certainly are planning on signing a No.10.

Think no.10 always think of Teddy Sherringham, the creative influence alongside the main striker, in those days one Alan Shearer (internationally at least)

It's a temporary dwelling place in Downing St? Won't comment any further as it may breach house rules..

It's similar to a false 10 only one which adopts a more offensive position.

In other words a number 10 will call you ****ing na' nowt ****, whilst a false 10 would politely answer your question.

    Hope that helps.
