I have stopped bothering to keep check on transfers it’s very ashley esq these days. We are going to be left wafer thjn in midfield and up top. In essence we have additional bodies in Pope & Botman (both great signings) but that’s it. Fairly evident mid table football is what the new owners are happy with. Really disappointing
I think it also adds to what will be a massive anti climax. I don’t know how the fans will respond if it’s a poor or average start. We’re all fickle. Nobody will sit there if it’s a winless August and say “a divvnt care, me like, as long as Ashley’s gone ahm happy”.
