@SunderlandLad10 Alex Neil Saying he’s 90% of the way their with picking his Squad Against Coventry City #SAFC @SunderlandLad10 Also Saying he’s got a budget that is able to compete within the championship and The likes of Dwight Gayle was never on the radar due to wage demands and we won’t be in the market for big wage signings
One of the journo articles linked on here (I think) said it was a permanent deal. No idea who it was by or if they're reputable but it has been said before at least.
Really excited about this season going to club shop Friday to buy strips four 4 Grandchildren . Why is there no socks for the home strip ?
I was fairly confident of finishing top six and then I just looked at the league and thought s hit, that looks bloody hard.
I couldn't say mate I only heard of him few days ago and I don't know how highly he's rated. Probably made up bollocks as usual. I suppose they could put a buy back clause in and let him go on a cheapish perm. They're not afraid of spending money.
There were rumors up here (Edinburgh) that Simms was available for 500k earlier in the window - unsure how reliable the source was but would be a great signing for that price
Been saying about being happy with Mid table no fuss season for weeks now. We need to build. Clearly signing players young we can hopefully sell on for a profit, you can see the vison from the owners. Rumours of an aggressive approach with pots of money to spend ( we have made investments) were clearly far fetched and that's OK, we as a fan base need to be prepared for a good few years in the Championship imo. I'm not complaining in the slightest though. ftm
Not for some of the figures quoted on here, he wasn't on it in the premier league so he isn't going to be asking for £25k plus
It was in theEdinburgh press as well. £500k just seems ridiculously low. Could have been the loan fee. If we could get him as a permanent signing that would be great. Edit - here is the link. https://www.footballscotland.co.uk/...ip/ellis-simms-priced-out-hearts-24399175.amp
