Anyway, being quite strongly linked with Lucas Paqueta from Lyon now. Not sure we need any more attacking midfielders and I’d like to see some more strength in deep lying MF roles. But Paqueta is quality and I wouldn’t say no if we can pull off a deal.

Yeah Edu said we’re not in talks to sign him, although he is a big admirer. I think Lyon are open to selling so who knows ? He’s a quality player. But like I said, I’d rather see us go for Tielemans or a deep lying MF player as we’ve got good options in attacking MF atm

At the moment we need to trim the squad before adding any more players. So Leno, Bellerin, Maitland Niles, Pepe, need to be moved on. Think we’ll see more activity towards the end of the window
