Ive spoken to Chris Waters today and he's told me i won't have to experience problems buying a ticket again because he's sorted it. Top bloke. The ticket office have still not responded though, so if it wasnt for Topcats generosity and Chris Waters responding to me my lads would have been forced to miss out, due to them obviously not giving a toss to somebody trying to give the club money to take 2 young future SAFC fans to a match. Ill be sending a complaint to the club
100% this is summit the club need to improve with, supporter engagement on that side of things is ****e....as is now havong to pay to park at the ground to go on none matchdays. its almost like their trying to put people off, obviously know this is not the case as sure it will be sorted in time with KLD running & structure /transfers taking up most time at moment. Chris Waters time should not be spent having to sort out easy things that should be a given not to occur in the first place just shows what an absolute fxck mess this club was in & the job KLD has on his hands trying to set teams up to sort ot out
