I'm liking that we are trying to play the game along the deck instead of hoofball as well, once they've gelled and got this right side sorted this could be a very exciting season
Think Malaga have played the better stuff. I really hope the playing at the back doesn't catch us out this season
I kinda like that we are attempting to build it from the back and in Seri we have that assured link to take it off them and progress us up the field, it's gonna take time to perfect it and I still suspect there are going to be a couple of personnel changes to this line up before we kick off the season.
We're definitely improving but we still don't have the players to play how Shota wants to. You can see that some of the lads are still getting up to speed but the wing backs just aren't good enough. They're technically lacking and it's becoming more and more obvious as the players around them are improving. We're getting them into decent positions but their quality is letting us down. Striker is still way too isolated in this formation, I'd like to see us go to a back 4 but we don't have the midfielders to do it yet. In the Brighton game, we had Cannon and Covil as the midfield 2 with Doch being back home & Traore getting crocked. We need additions there
