I have. i've done a canny bit of physio etc it all come down to core muscle imbalances from in activity but i'm inactive because of back spasms etc when i do try to get myself in shape. don't get me wrong i'm not fat or a walking heart attack or anything i eat well etc. just out of general condition. i work at a desk all day and really ought to try a bit harder to keep myself in shape. but like i say i just end up setting myself back all the time. its a real pain in the arse...and back.

I read somewhere that he fractured the lads jaw? **** punch or not, swing a fist and his someone lucky and they'll go down!

As for getting sent off, what was the ref supposed to do, its the rules of the game!?

And in general life, avoiding getting into fights is fairly common sense...Sometimes they can't be avoided (I got jumped by a bunch of Gypsies for absolutely zero reason and needed stitches when one of them kicked my square in the face with his ****ty rockport boots on) but in my experience, as long as you don't act like a dick, dicks generally won't bother you!

Have you tried swimming at all? I've had a bit of trouble with my back in the past but its usually down to overly tight hamstrings etc. so swimming really helped to get you active without a vast amount of strain!

More legislation is set to be passed allowing increased force to be used in matters of home intrusions. Can't wait!

Well it's common sense isn't it? But all this sanctity of humanity, holier than thou bullchat instigated by nutjobs (who have often had precisely zero experience of horrendous attacks) who have somehow duped societies around the globe into believing that everyone deserves "human rights"...
In a society of equilibrium, of perfect relations, this is brilliant. However, what they clearly lack, is a sense of the inhumane which is present from the varied social strata, the differing brain functionalities and the prejudices engrained through milennia of culture clashes.
It is inhumane to attack someone who has not provoked you. It is inhumane to steal, or break into someone's home. When an act such as those are committed, why is the perpetrator then allowed "human rights"? They clearly do not fit in with this false and pompous sense of civility you hippies have created for yourselves, so why do violent criminals get treated as humans.

We are bloody animals, just ones who are way over-rated, who think that eating with a knife and fork and flushing our dung down a toilet instead of throwing it at each others like Mackems makes us somehow superior, which re-inforces the prepostorous claim we give ourselves to use the Earth's resources. In prehistoric times, I'd wager a mesolithic man trying to attack a mesolithic woman would get his ancient butt broken by her tribe.

What's fair and right ends, ironically, with "human rights". A code for "betterment".

Any person here could fix a better staple rule-guide.

It's simple, you commit an inhumane act, as defined by unproked attack/theft, you forfeit your life to the mercy of the onlookers. How many burglars would think twice about slipping in through the window if they knew you would be justified in stabbing them. At the moment they are protected, it's backwards, it's stupid, it's wonderful civility...

To be fair, I'd left the club to get more cash out so none of my mates were around. My phone was in my pocket and got smashed while I was getting stamped on so couldn't call any of them but one of them came looking for me and they were all top notch after that. Took me to hospital etc.

Fantastic take down by the player like

****ed my back up playing badminton once, went swimming next week and whilst it was a struggle initially getting into the pool (I wasn't in the mood for diving in!!!), it did ease the pain eventually.

as far as i can tell the proposals of the conservatives are to change 'Reasonable force' to 'Self defence' both are vague so will need to be decided by a court. No change really, just something to keep the public happy.

bollox if anybody was found in my house uninvited regardless of risk levels I would kill him. I lived in handsworth b'ham where there is no English people and I strategically placed weapons around my flat and I told my housing officer that hoodrats where eyeing my place up and I wanted a move.
