Carbonara tonight.

 

So I had one left over and just left it cool and chucked it in the fridge. Wasn't sure of the best way to reheat so looked it up and the advice I took was to put it in the oven as it was still in the foil for 30 minutes.

Wow, so good. I'm just going to do them the day before from now on then stick them in the fridge or even do it that way when we have friends over.

 

Piri piri chicken/salad wrap today. But forgot the Mayo, so fell apart
