Sunderland take on Rangers at the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira in Portugal in a pre-season friendly. Both Neil and Van Bronckhorst are set to hand a number of their senior stars more regular minutes to build up their match fitness for the new campaign. Sunderland's Anthony Patterson is currently the only senior goalkeeper on their books so he is likely to start between the sticks, while it remains to be seen whether summer recruits Ballard and Dajaku will be involved. As for Rangers, Scott Arfield, Fashion Sakaka and Josh McPake were all on the scoresheet in a 3-2 friendly victory over Partick Thistle last weekend, which saw Van Bronckhorst use 23 different players including youngsters from the academy. The likes of Aribo, Morelos, Allan McGregor, Borna Barisic, Steven Davis and Ryan Kent were not involved against the Scottish Championship side and it is unclear whether they will feature on Saturday. New recruit Colak will join up with the first-team squad in Portugal and could be in contention to play against the Black Cats. Sunderland possible starting lineup: Patterson; Hume, Wright, Batth, Cirkin; O'Nein, Evans; Roberts, Pritchard, Embleton; Stewart Rangers possible starting lineup: McLaughlin; Tavernier, Simpson, Goldson, King; Lundstram, Sands, Lowry; Arfield, Sakala, S. Wright The game between Sunderland and Rangers will be available on Premier Sports and will be live streaming the game from Portugal, with the programme starting at 7.55pm. Sunderland AFC and Rangers FC will also be offering their own streaming services to watch the match between the two clubs. SAFSee Streaming passes are on sale, priced at £7.50
