    Welcome aboard.

    My position is the same as with the previous two youngsters. I don't worry that he's young. I don't worry that he lacks experience. All I care about is whether or not he's good enough for us - and to that I have no answer yet, because I've never seen him play before. I look forward to finding that answer out. Until then, I'm neither positive nor negative about the signing. But hopefully we've got ourselves a gem.

    Hopefully he'll be like a cross between Morgan and Big Vic and i've no doubt that he'll be physically strong enough and I hope he learns fast as he must surely get game time in the PL given the amount of his fee.

    Redmond always seems like a good guy. It's another reason why I wanted him to step up and show more than just the occasional moments of brilliance. To some he was never good enough but I think his lack of confidence let's him down and he will always be what he is. Shame
