    Anyone noticed all our posts wishing a happy halloween have been deleted off their board :sad: I'm sure they're the ones who always complain that our mods just delete stuff when they feel like it, first "mag free threads", now this <doh>

    Exactly, hypocritical and Syd had no right deleting them. There was nothing wrong with them, just banter, it was the Sunderland fans taking this too far with family abuse! Super Mod strikes again. The articles were on our board, he had no right touching them just because it clearly wound him up!

    Oh well. Let them be childish and bitter! 5-1.

    only got half way through reading the thread this morning at 6.30am and as I switched pages it had been deleted
    will never know what happened in the end


    anyone else awake at this time in the morning who could be deleting stuff <whistle>

    No denial Syd, and no explanation. The fact is, the article was on our board as well as yours and was doing no harm, as well as the others that you removed. But you can spread the word to your fellow chums that their Super Mod was deleting articles for no reason...they'll love that one considering that's all they seem to throw at me.

    But if that's the way you want to run this forum...

    Badger I know your opinion of me, cant do a lot about that. If you read the long, long debate amongst the mods about multi board threads you may just understand. I do what I do for the good of the forum and accept that you will never accept that. If you want to complain to Mick you should, no problem here with that.

    In my opinion, Syd seems like a fair and level headed guy, and to just delete threads for no justifiable reason does not seem like the type of thing he would do. He may have been bombarded with complaints from his fellow mackems, but they should expect a bucket full of piss-taking today and be man enough to take it.

    Syd, can you explain or justify this action?

    Just seen your post. Personally I think that stopping banter is going to kill this forum. I really don't want any mackems coming on here taking the piss anymore when it cannot be done to them.

    Unfortunately, even as a Newcastle fan, the comparison to Hitler in any argument invokes a law which states that you automatically lose the argument, on the grounds that noone is as bad as Hitler.
