Not all my eggs but would be bloody handy if he could become our new number 9, I certainly think he should be a bench player this season and hopefully get some game time. Bonne is a league 1 player and Kelman needs more games at league 1 level, they'll probably send Armstrong out on loan again too but I'd rather he had a chance to show what he can do, he might just be a diamond in the rough !

 

He might be but he’s made eight starts in senior football and none in the Football League. If we get lucky and he blows the league up then wonderful but apart from being ****ing massive we haven’t got a lot to go on to suggest he’s any good.

That transfer has been rumoured for a while now, they said we were gonna get him in January. Les likes him and has watched him play a couple of times, just feel it would already have been done if it was going to happen. Perhaps Beale isn't as keen on him as Les is ?

I don't get this hostility to Wells. Wanted to stay with us but Rangers couldn't afford the fee that Bristol City paid for him. We won't get anywhere without some experience in the team. Provided the terms are within budget go for it.

Yes, I was thinking same. He's better than AG and was quick at getting behind the defence. Given our budgetary constraint I would not be surprised to see him return.
