Good to see that a trial is starting, that will send some medical treatments from Portsmouth to the IOW, by using drones. A lot of cancer sufferers travel across to the mainland for treatments, such as chemotherapy, so this will be brilliant for them as they won’t have to go through the hours of treatment preceded and followed by a time consuming journey, reliant on the ferries, at a time when they are feeling quite low and weak. The speed of the drone should allow chemotherapy treatments to be received in 30 minutes, as against a potential delivery time of 4 hours, using traditional methods. (The traditional timings come from the small report I read, so may or may not be accurate). Time is quite crucial in regards to chemotherapy, as the treatments are “made to order” and degenerate rapidly if not administered in timely fashion.

An update on the bomb hoax idiot. €10000 bail, has had to give his passport to the authorities. Has to report regularly to the Guardia Civil.
