One off injury?

 

He went in goal for a few games, broke 2 fingers. Was a winger for a while, ankle injuries 3 times in A&E, moved to CB, at the start of this year, first one since then.

 

Sounds a little like my oldest, they don't like the warm up and physio side of things, he may need to do specific ankle strengthening exercises and do them often. Find a good physio and tell him the issues he'll give specific advice on how to stop it happening.

 

Well, just got home, wife had a call from one of his mates mom's. Apparently the lad that hit him was very late, so my lads cousin who is a very good footballer and talented boxer, unfortunately with a short fuse though, sparked out said lad, he inturn got sucker punched, then the school psycho, drop kicked that lad, ended up with about 6 or so in a brawl. My lad totally oblivious to it all. But better than all that, they had an ex chief constable in today giving them a talk on knife crime, gang culture and violence in general and yes, he stayed behind to watch the game as it was a semi final . They won 3-1

 

Mate it's crazy In the UK had a tour when they were about 15 in Southport, team from the Rhondda against a team from Barrhead. There's only one ending to that. Parents, kids, coaches all fighting everywhere.

 

Tbh, the final is next Friday, so he won't make that. He's started to lose interest, much prefers his bike and Airsoft, so wouldn't be surprised if he knocks it on the head.

 

I know it's unbelievable, kids matches on a Sunday morning and parts of perimeter roped off ffs.

 

Didn't get much better at Academy level, still get problems.

 

He's off school Friday, so I've booked us a couple of hours Kayak and Paddleboard, looks like he's sitting down for 2 hours.

 

Newly promoted Portuguese Premier League team U21's still kicked off and was abandoned. Stupid really.

 

The mom's are as bad if not worse than the dads too.
