    I don't think its ever mattered how much we spend we have always seemed to scratch our arses and sit doing **** all until last week of the window.

    Are we going to have to get used to being run like a professional outfit with a plan?

    Yes he is class - big aggressive CB and he's decent on the ball. Already an England U21 International and Leeds fans think he's their 3rd best CB

    I think we were linked with him last season. The Leeds supporters would prefer keeping him in and around the first team squad next season

    What I like about that video and what little I've seen of Ballard is they aren't just 'modern' ball playing CBs. They look like they ****ing love a good old fashioned 50/50.

    As has been said, it’s good to see the first priority is a strong defence. The two CBs look quality.

    Next on my wish list is that physicality and quality for centre mid. We’d start to look like some team.

    The truth is they need it. They were awful in the last couple of months. There were beginnings of complaints about Arteta from sone fans, so this might be the boost they need

    Not to get ahead of myself but **** me this is a far cry from our last championship campaign, Ballard v Marc Wilson, Patrick roberts v Callum
