OK IT REALLY IS NOT COMPLICATED....................

1] you pick 4 teams & BCFC. thats 5 selections.
2] you decide the result of each match by forcasting the result at full time. Example would be ... Bristol City v Rotherham .. you believe it will be 2 - 1 to city so that is a home win. [ Bristol City v Rotherham 2 - 1 ]
3] you select 4 more games and forcast the result by predicting the score Example ... Millwall v Stoke City 2 - 1 / Wigan v Swansea 0 - 1 / Wigan v Preston N E 1 - 1 / Midds v West Brom 2 - 2
4] you select one of the games to be your Joker .... Example Millwall v Stoke City 2 - 1 joker or you can use J / ##/ @@ / * / ** / @ / # ... any way you wish to indicate it.
5] You then leave the rest up to me.

1] for a home win it is 1 point
2] for a away win it is 2 points
3] for a draw it is 3 points
4] for the number of goals scored you get 1 point for each goal Example 0 - 0 = 0 points 3-2 = 5 points etc etc ..... if you forcast 3 -1 and it is 2-1 you get 3 points or if it is 3 - 3 you get 6 points.
5] when you forcast a result as being ... Millwall v Stoke City 2 - 1 and the result is 2 -1 you get a bonus 4 points
6] your total points for example on a game is .................... you forcast Millwall v Stoke City 2 - 1 , and the result is 2 -1 your points total is 1 + 3 +4 = 8 points [ HOME WIN + GOALS+ CORRECT ]
7] YOUR JOKER doubles the points attained by the result. Using above 8 becomes 16 .... add together your 5 results and gives that weeks total.

Perhaps I should go for higher scoring games and may hit jackpot

 

forcasting 1-0 home win correctly scores 6 pts, [ 1pt for the goal, 1 pt for the home win 4 points for being correct ] as a joker = 12 pts average weekly score is around 22 pts for top half of table so 1 game = half your points!
other 4 results should they all be wrong forcast but 2-1 = another 12 points [ total goals scored! 4 games x 3 ]
