The drummer Abe Laboriel Jnr at Glastonbury is a very animated character.

I love that cover, it's absolutely fantastic. Summer evening garden tune.

    No though, they didn't.

They did a cover of The Boys of Summer though, which was a good interpretation.

It's good actually, but over too quick when it comes to it.

They could do with a third run. All very efficient when you get there.

Meant to play golf in an hour but 50mph wind gusts so might give it a miss.

    Out for food this evening.

Is zipworld not up in Snowdonia near penrhyn quarry miles away from luv? Or am I thinking of something else?

Actually while you're here any recommendations on where to wild camp on Llyn?

Castellammare at Mumbles head. (breakfast there yesterday, which was ludicrously expensive and on the good side of average)

Not many places open Sunday evenings, kids are after pizza or pasta.

I'd go back to the pop up myself, had a great Korean chicken dish last night and the burgers looked absolutely superb from one of the outlets.

    The pizzas looked good too.

There's a new one at an old colliery near where Luv and Aber live.

    Decent afternoon out.

Used to go to the Llyn a lot as a kid. Not sure about wild camping mind.

Good places are Porthinllaen for the pub on the beach, Ty Coch. You walk there through Nefyn golf course.

Porth Oer (Whistling Sands) is lovely.

We always stayed at Aberdaron. Lovely village, couple of nice pubs, huge wild beach with decent surf.

I've been to Aberdaron and Mrs luv goes there to stay with her parents once every year in their van. It's nice enough there.

    Ah that makes sense.

Yeah seen that pub on the beach and definitely want to visit. A bit further down is a cove (Lago?) which apparently is a popular camping spot but want to keep options open.

Down south is there anything on Gower that I shouldn't miss? Also need some pub reccomendations for food at Mumbles and some rough pubs in Swansea (more grim the better)

The Secret Beach Bar is a good spot for food.

The Builders Arms is the roughest pub I know in Swansea but that's a long time ago might not even be there anymore.

Early September. Not sure where staying near Swansea yet but heading from Tenby. Hoping to find a boxing/live music event of sorts for that night so that will dictate where we end up staying.
