Nickson has always been called chief scout but when Eddie Howe was appointed he brought in Andy Howe who is "head of scouting" and was at Bournemouth too. (It's his nephew)

He's really not, but regardless it's a team effort and now they don't have restraints.

The time to start judgement was January and so far recruitment has been excellent.
