In honestly, it was proposed that the people who wanted the shares were wealthy and would invest and it would leave Donald and Methven out in the cold.

Obviously, it's changed a bit but in terms of access to cash, KLD and Sartori are close to as we could get to wealth. I would rather this to be fair.

Probably been one giant smoke screen!

Could it be that SD is about to sell his share to KLD/JS but his legal team haven’t got everything finalised yet……or if he is selling would they have just waited until it was all done and announced that they had both left??

From the same place, I still think we'll find SD gone.

I have no inside knowledge but given the message that SDs shares aren’t up for sale (or words to that effect). My guess is that KLD or JS have agreed an option to buy them probably at either an agreed price or by reference to an agreed formula

To all those who invested in yellowbellycoin - thanks for the cash, I’m off on holiday…

I agree, We might as well embrace JS now as he's in this for the long haul and put his money where his mouth is

Agree, i think there's been a lot of mind games and storys out there with the aim for all parties to look like they're winning. In fact I think it's obvious now. Ultimately KLD has won the long game. I do recall yourself and smug saying they heard snippets of someone in the family buying the shares which makes sense as Kyril just bought more.

Definitely good news that KLD now has a controlling interest via shares. I cant see there being much in the way of outward investment from here.

For those concerned about Donald still owning 19%, he is now in a position where he has no rights but a few obligations.

Is being bothered about shareholdings a new thing? I don't recall anybody knowing (or caring) about who minority shareholders were back in the Cowie/Murray/Drumaville days?

Nope. "no further 3rd party investment". Sounds to me like KLD has a watertight agreement to buy the remaining shares at an appropriate time.

Yeah that's correct. But then you get more information that it's actually another party. All giant smoke screen. Some boy is KLD. His family probably tied everyone into knots
