People need to wise up then. Many clubs have minority shareholders that have no say and no influence. If people are STILL talking about the ownership structure after this, then it's people with an agenda

There are often clauses in a companies rules and regs about what power having 51% of shares gives and what 75% or 80% additional powers gives.

Wouldn't go like that mate. There was 1 group absolutely far in the process who wanted the piece. Both Methven and Donald saying to folk they were done.

It's probably more of a situation where KLD has exercised his rights and jsut hoovered up what he wanted.

Delighted. Would have been even more delighted if Donald was gone too but I’ll settle for this.

Is he really knew the family link, wonder if we will see the clubs link up in the future

Or SD hasn’t paid back the money owed and him keeping the shares whilst providing pro-rata funding means he pays back the money he said he would

Ah nice one, cheers for that, remember a few years ago he took a step back from us to run, so sort of unfollwed him as expected him to be away just didn't know where that was at now.

You looked past the investment opportunity and said it would play out like this.

    Fair play fella.

I can’t think why Sartori should align himself with a young billionaire with some experience in top level football rather than a used car salesman and an entitled tory. No accounting for some people. <laugh>
I don’t think that there was ever a chance of Sartori not supporting KLD.

To be fair it was an off the cuff remark from someone connected who was a bit too talkative.

Incorrect. Some got news of the Methven and Donald selling up very early. Some got news that it was 1/2 groups in legal stage. Some said that it would actually end up with KLD taking more. All people within here said that. Don't know what was said over there like. Probably spent a week arguing with themselves over the crypto bull calling posters from here liars.

Aye well. It has played out that way. I mean, people have thought this would be the end game but when others are at legal stage you don't expect it to suddenly to hack to KLD hoovering up shares. I am happy it's ended like that though. Probably just needed a little push and negotiation.
