I think you must have included the 7th July Muslamic bombers in 2005 as the violent crime peak. As you haven't actually produced any numbers that would be the obvious "spike ". 56 killed by the way. It still counts as violent crime and I include the many Islamic terrorism attacks as part of Sadiq's impressive death toll. After living in Newham East London for several years I was put off against the replacement of English people . I'm pretty sure If entire Towns in Bangladesh were replaced by English people there would be similar issues .
Glasgow was the murder capital of Europe in 2003, Birmingham has more gun then knife crime compared to both Glasgow and london though. You have to remember populations when comparing numbers as well as the grouping of data and stats. There is a gun fired nearly 3 times a week in Birmingham. The north of Birmingham has been at war for nearly 40 years, areas of north west v north east. People in their 40's still letting off shots not like london where its kids on pushbikes with their moms knives.
I lived in London for 20 years and have family that live there . Obviously you are a big tough guy that would laugh in the face of the London gangs .

I have teenage family in London and nearly all the stabbings are commited by the bame community (blacks). Yes they are best avoided . They do randomly attack other people who have nothing to do with the petty postcode nonsense. White gangsters had a code of ethics and would not harm civilians , women or kids. These ferel scum murder anyone over nothing , life is cheap . It's a low IQ , low self control hyper violent trend in the black community which has more to do with fatherlessness drugs and drill music than any other factors. I have seen multiple stabbings and all carried out by black males .
