There is still a lot of talent in non-league football. Sometimes you see a lad and think how are they not in the pro game. Plenty will do well if given the right chance. Hope this lad is one.
Recall seeing Ryhope CW playing Tow Law in a cup final who had a young winger Chris Waddle who was being linked with Newcastle, Sunderland and a few other clubs . He was absolutely dire that day and I thought why are clubs being linked with this lad - just goes to show about jumping to conclusions, he ended up having a long and successful career and playing for England .
Great stuff. It used to happen more when clubs scouted local non-league more. Now they do it less unfortunately, but it still happens. I saw Che Adams play a few times as a 17 year old in non-league and he was levels above. Thankfully someone saw the same.
You're probably right. It's a realistic enough transfer but I know better than to put faith in random names on the internet.
I think he might come from Germany coz he's a burgher, but wherever he comes from I'll realish this news coming true
Linked with Daniel Iversen this morning. 24 year old GK from Leicester who’s been on loan at Preston for the last couple of seasons…
3 years left on contract and Leicester want to sell not loan. Ryan Lowe has said he’s probably a higher league player now, I don’t think we could afford him.
I'd love that Sanderson tweet to be true but that accounts first tweet is Ben foster to Wycombe on 15k a week.
Knew who you meant mate, decent player, but doubt we will be interested unless Gooch or Evans move on tbh.
