We appear to be going to the same destination with this. But perhaps I've gone the long way round again
I would venture to suggest that anyone whether blue, red, yellow or green can see that the fat fcuk is taking even lower than it ready is, the esteem in which politicians are held To be arguing 'how many angels can for on a pin, ie whether Bonko's fine for disregarding his own rules (is bad or really bad) when everyone else was following them.. is surely missing the point. (Angels and pins misses the question, is there a god to begin with). Have a been asleep and not seen the review of Bonko's handling Covid19. Bonko keeps saying he did very well l..... did he, stocks of PPE, had been run down billions was giving to dodgy tory mates for stuff they never delivered. We were late into lockdowns, the court found it illegal to send patients from hospitals to categories. Lots of elderly folk died unnecessarily. A couple of scientists and a pharm company came up with a vaccine and the NHS delivered. Wtf that had to do with Bonko?.. The review if it ever happens is going to be interesting.
It’s right this. Also the evidence says eat out to help out was a massive spreader as were factories refusing to close and making gazillions while their staff got ill and we’re on furlough. That’s why Leicester was high rated at one point. They just policed deprived communities not big business and posh parties.
Can I just say as well the House of Commons ‘PMQ’s’ today. Embarrassing pantomime of bell ends on all sides. The embarrassing thing of no confidence in a corrupt leader of our nation and it’s all boo hiss giggle giggle. People are on their arse and they go on like this. It has to change. **** tradition. Mix them up whatever bit they represent and make them work together to help us out. ****ers. Oh and not being able to say liar to a blatant liar what’s that rule about. The one chorus from all sides should have been ‘stop ****ing lying’.
They get round this by saying things like "economical with the truth" or using a "terminological inexactitude".
It would be nice to know how many MPs can honestly say they have never broken any law no matter how trivial they think it was.
I think it would be better if we were forgiving of people with imperfect histories in politics. If people do it in the middle of their leadership and are still total hypocrites that’s a different story.
Got Brexit Done Badly I’d say the ideological ‘elite wealth’ retaining bad Brexit deal he negotiated will give him short lived popularity. People won’t forgive him when the **** hits the fan. This is from a man who said ‘stick with me because the strength of our economy will sort it’ when vulnerable outlying places like the north east have declined. The short term gimmick of Rwanda will also but his sorry arse Read this it’s a good summary of the changes in the mood of the press, media and his own party https://www.theguardian.com/comment...it-eu?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=news_tab
I hate the c word so I use it sparingly for those that deserve it. Johnson deserves being described as a c**t more than anyone else I can remember in British politics. And yes, that includes Thatcher who I hated but, she had the courage of her convictions and a plan (you might have hated her convictions and plan) but she had them and stuck to them. You can disagree with peoples politics but accept they are good politicians/parliamentarians. Id bet Thatcher would have been as horrified as most people who believe in democracy and the rule of law are, at Johnson and his law breaking, and I’d also suggest not a single one of his useless, incompetent, nodding dog cabinet would have got any where near hers.
FFS this is absolutely unreal Public figures are always using the 'my comments were taken out of context' escape clause as a way of worming their way out of things. But this Tory minister is using the excuse that the things she says don't reflect her views What she said, “I was just at a conference in Blackpool or Birmingham - somewhere godawful." Her excuse, "Whilst speaking at a conference on Thursday, I made an inappropriate remark that does not reflect my actual view," the minister said. https://www.google.com/amp/s/uk.new...-birmingham-blackpool-godawful-161340923.html
