I suppose it's because the flag of St David is black with a yellow cross.

    But it's ****e.

Why didn't we wear blue then? Nothing says we have to wear an alternative 3rd strip when there is no colour clash with the home club colours.

Probably just trying to promote more shirt sales.

Actually I don't mind it but prefer our normal blue.

It's a shocker and hopefully we wont see it too often. I think only 4000 were produced which imo is optimistic :D
Agree with bfb. No reason we couldn't wear the blue one yesterday.

I am guessing they 'have' to wear it maybe 2 or 3 times this season, would be part of the contract with the sponsors or shirt manufacturers I would imagine.

It's almost as bad as Arsenal's dreadful 90's strip. But Leeds have a an even worse third kit apparently. Luminous green. . .

I think the club probably decide to do it so more people buy it? More exposure - more shirt sales - more dinero!

Edit: I must be mad, I quite like it...

It will go the same way as that Purple affair we had a few years back, get Christmas out of the way and they will be a tenner each, however, i will not buy one and young Tom doesnt like it either, which tells a story as we have a wardrobe full of tops, which ones are missing, you guessed, the purple affair and this one. nuff said
