I fully appreciate that there's legal eagles at work to complete it over the coming weeks. But I'm just interested in finding out who it actually is.

You're right mate it's poor. GOM is the straightest bloke I know who'll happily disagree with you if he thinks you're wrong. He's a lifelong financial clever clogs, as is his wife, who's handled endless major transactions. He goes to every match possible, choral duties permitting, and stays at the Hilton. He knows some serious people. Despite all this he never boasts and politely answers endless questions regarding takeovers, finances, corporate law, etc. It's top advice and, in reality, many of those asking the questions couldn't afford his normal rates ... I couldn't. Despite his honesty, integrity and support over decades there are people who'll have a pop at him for no good reason ... ... that says nothing about him, but a lot about them. They're not fit to fill his inkwell tbh.

Whenever the financial stuff is released he gets tagged left right and centre within minutes for a 'translation' and provides really detailed replies and breakdowns of what's going on. Clearly a clever lad and knows his onions. Can't knock what he posts about any of that stuff and I hope he continues to do so.
I was told, by a Newcastle supporting journalist, and in-law, that KLD's brother wants to buy the shares but there's competition. That competition may be a genuine buyer or a phantom invented by Donald and Methven to force the price up. The Mag told me they want to 'keep it in the family' without KLD taking on the role his dad did at Marseille. He was at a 'get to know us' reception at SJP, that tipped out at 11pm last night, and says the media are talking about SAFC. He thinks it's funny that I don't know who the buyer is, but I don't think he does despite his mockery.
