Honestly mate in hindsight i'm so glad we ended up with Neil instead of Keane , we seen where sentimental got us with Defoe

 

Agreed, I'll openly admit I was excited at the thought of Keane coming back,but as the week went on, memories of him turning on the fans and talking ****e came back. I was never against Neil coming in though. He fits us perfectly. Good Times a head, I can feel it.

Tell you what, I love this board, it's an escape, somewhere to interact with like minded people, mates at your fingertips from all walks of life. And just to add, it's 2022 and its still amazing that you can crack on with lads in places like Australia,America who support sunderland and can still be apart of it on here. I

Exactly, no bullshit, calls a spade a spade and has managed to turn a team that was spunking goals to 15 plus unbeaten. We were promoted by scoring 4 goals and conceding 1 in 3 games. class.

 

For those of us who, for one reason or another can't get to the games it's almost a vital lifeline. One day I hope to meet up with as many as I can. Cheers everyone.
