Sorry mate. I can't recall a season where we were not involved in relegation or promotion. It's not how we do things. I'd hate to support teams like Stoke or Preston. Season over by March. Zzzzzzz

For me Neil has got the them playing as a proper team for the first time in ages, not all out attack and no defence. I was fed up with the team conceding goals like Embo scored at Wembley, e.g. MK and Lincoln at home. He stopped that almost as soon as he took over. I was sick of them losing the ball on the edge of the opposition box and the other team just going straight up the middle of the pitch and scoring.
For me he is the first proper manager since Sam.

    Spot on mate.

The distance between the edge of their box, and ours, seemed to shrink under Johnson ...

... we'd lose the ball and, in seconds, they'd be having a shot at Hoffman.

Johnson had them very good on the attack, when it worked we could score for fun and get some big wins. Problem is when teams realised we were week defensively they started getting the big wins.

Teams seemed to try to defend as we were dangerous attacking, which Johnsons tactics were perfect for. Once they realised the best way to stop us scoring was to keep us on the back foot attacking us we were done for under Johnson.
