Unbelievable Scenes

As some of the avocados were going to go bad in the next few days, I used 8 of them along with a lemon from the garden and some salt and made some guacamole. That isn't even the interesting part, the interesting part is that I have frozen it! Mental

Guacamole isn't crushed lemony avocado with salt you stupid box headed freak.

• large ripe tomato
• 3 avocados, very ripe but not bruised
• juice 1 large lime
• handful coriander, leaves and stalks chopped, plus a few leaves, roughly chopped, to serve
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 chilli, red or green, deseeded and finely chopped

The only complicated part is removing the tomato seeds before squashing

 

I didn't have any tomatoes in the house and couldn't be ****ed chopping an onion. Coriander is ****ing disgusting and I didn't want to put a chilli in it because it might have made it too spicy for the kids.

I will however probably make a tomato salsa when I defrost my guacamole though. In future, please keep your stupid thoughts to yourself. Prick.

I making pesto tonight:garlic,pine nuts,basil and olive oil,hope that's ok.

 

You can't freeze guacamole it will come out a ****ty brown lump of mess , the lemon won't do anything other than make it sour.


I'm making a shepherd's pie today but can't be bothered with the minced lamb potato or onion .

It's basically a carrot.

 

You can freeze guacamole for 3 months and the reason you do freeze it is so it doesn't turn brown, you ****ing imbecile
