Possibly a controversial opinion here.

I'm excited as anyone for a new investor to join us on the journey, bit I am also nervous that we become just another rich man's play thing with players not giving a **** and coming for the money.

I have loved this season and the positive off field steps we have taken, the solid foundations, players coming through the u23's and making an impact. O9 celebrating a tackle like we all did in the stands, Gooch crying like most of us did at the end last weekend.

I really dont want us to end up like others that spend billions on people that are only here for wages, pricing honest fans out the market to continue paying stupid wages.

For all other clubs say they got their club back, I really feel at this moment in time like we really did get our club back.

To quote a legend, I didn't bring the magic, it's always been here. I just came back to find it

What about this chap ?

 

They have to come on here to post because, on RTG, posts are deleted, threads pulled and posters banned.

So they post on 606 because their ego forces them to say something to someone somewhere.

It's as if they have to get it down on some kind of media so they can refer back to it and prove 'to the world' they were right.

Sadly they post a thousand different vague options so they can always pretend they were right.

I've been right, I've been wrong and no one ever thinks differently about me whichever happens.

That's because I'm a real person who goes to games and supports the Lads, as you know ...

... not just an ego-maniac who doesn't but comes on here once a year to tell everyone they're wrong and they're right.

It's pathetic, especially when everyone's still buzzing from the weekend.
