I'm AWOL on that one, might have been when our Lee was contemplating more food inside. He ate 2 tatties more than a pig, as my nanna would have said
Wow that's unreal, I sent my Aunt the text above on Sunday morning after my experience Saturday, we lost my Uncle in October - had white hair and beard and was a 73 attendee.................
This will be one of the things that sticks with me about the day. From the Essex born and bred Sunderland fan I met on the train into London, everyone I had the pleasure to meet at The Argyll, the three young lads who I swapped some seats around with so they could sit together, the two lads sat to my right who's names I never got but we spent a long time hugging, to the couple I ate Quavers with on the walk back to Wembley Central tube, everyone was really happy and friendly. It was a day to restore your faith in the goodness of people. It even extended to the group of lads I met when I got back to Basildon Station who couldn't quite believe they'd met a Sunderland fan.
Every road I walked down in London that day, and it didn’t matter what part of London, had a Sunderland fan in it. I live near London and I’ve been there on fa cup finals etc, and it’s never been like that, not even close. There must have been 80,000 - 100,000 Sunderland fans in London on Saturday, it was absolutely swarmed in red and white. Nice to see a few familiar faces at The Argyll, hope to see a few more next season.
Go to 'Post Reply' and, at the bottom, click 'Upload a File' . Go back to the top and click 'Choose file'. That will bring up a 'Files' option, at the bottom, which will take you to your images, etc. Choose one and click 'select' or whatever appears. It may take a few seconds to load up and you may get a choice of clicking 'thumbnail' or 'full image' . But, basically, just have a play around until you get the hang of it. Perhaps choose an old 'dead' thread to practice on.
Imagine trying to do this thread back before camera phones I've just got my photos back from Boots and need to scan them in
Our flag up before kick off, spoke to Stortford about his amazing flag and going to get a better one done for next season
