I'm convinced Everton will struggle again next year. I just can't see who is going to buy the players they want to ship out at the prices they want for them.

Sunderland may be alright in the Championship.....Don't see them pushing the promotion places but reckon they'll be okay.

They can't without selling. Wouldn't be surprised to see a transfer embargo slapped on them. In addition they've lost the Usmanov funding (sponsorship)

 

it would be the classic PL cop out to give Everton a transfer embargo but not to deduct points

 

The thing is the ruling is so shoddily worded that it doesn't state what the punishment is It simply states a club may be punished and these may include, fines, points deductions, transfer embargo's etc.

The whole thing is an absolute joke to protect the established teams in all leagues.

The one that's buckled me this week was the La Liga one though. Having been on their knees, failing to accept the demise of the super league and massively in debt whilst all along bitching about City and PSG's state ownership models (whilst being propped up by the Spanish Government) Real Madrid bitching about M'Bappe. That old senile **** of theirs is a joke and a meme.

 

Something very dodgy going on with Everton's finances - they are supposedly 5x times more reliant on matchday incoming and hit by Covid by more than £100m more than any other club?

Think Burnley and Leeds have a real good chance of getting a decision on that - if that is looked at by anyone independent they (and the EPL) are in big trouble. Nick De Marco would be a good choice of solicitor for the pursuant.

Was just looking up to see what their shirt sales are normally like and over last few season have been marginally better than ours. However ours went up by over 300% a week after the takeover raising the profit to the club by over a £1m a month from what I read.
