Gordon Banks for me. Did see him let one through his legs though. Any of the 3 I mentioned would be mega bucks these days.

Shilton for me although did see Banks at the end of his career playing for Stoke. Wallington will always be my favorite keeper although did like Casey Keller

Well that was another pedestrian load of rubbish. First away win for Everton since August, only natural it would come against us.

When you see the intensity and the quick and positive movement of the top 6 teams you realise how far away we are from being up there with them. To be below the likes of Brighton, Brentford, Newcastle, Villa and Palace at this point in the season (and no offence to any of these teams because they have earned the right) is very disappointing even taking the injuries we've had into account. How can a team of highly coached professional footballers concede the same type of goal match after match? How can the manager complain so often that the team started too slowly and didn't show the right amount of intensity? Where does the problem lie?

There is talk from outside of a need to rebuild and freshen up the squad over the summer. Newspaper rumours today suggest we are resigned to losing Tielemans and could struggle to keep Maddison and Barnes. Our season has already been defined. The 4 games we have left could be viewed as an irrelevance. However I would still want to put out the strongest side we can and tell the players that they really need to show that they want to play for the club. The rebuild or freshen up needs to start against Norwich.

I'm getting very frustrated with Brenda ... moans about dealing with set piece deliveries whilst we have a 'recently' purchased giant on the bench ... and Denmark certainly don't seem to concede as many from set pieces ...

Martin Keown was on the money in the Roma commentary ... when he was at Arsenal it was his job at corners to stand on the 6 yard line and attack the ball if it came there ... others had specific marking responsibilities...

Kaspar is flapping like a granny at a car boot sale ...

Lots to think about ... but stop making so many changes every game ... hardly a wonder that they sometimes look like a group of lads that have just been put together for a kick around <grr>

    My team for Norwich

    Kaspar

Luke Thomas and Castagne as wing backs

Fofana, Vesty and Cags ... pace of other 2 making up for Vesty's lack of pace

    Maddison, Tielemans and Dewsbury-Hall

    Daka and Barnes

Daniel Iversen is returning to us after picking up awards at Preston for both fans player of the season and also players player...

He is now 24 and he's 6ft 4" tall ... surely time to integrate the boy into the first team squad?

Agree with this 100%. Kasper has been great but recently made noises about wanting to play elsewhere, well lets take any money offered and have his successor to the Danish first team in goal next season.

Sounds like a very reasonable plan, but I wonder if the manager sees it that way. Hopefully his words after the Spurs game about demanding more determination and cuteness from his players get translated into actions. Everyone can see where the changes need to be made, but sometimes you feel he gets too attached to certain players. Maybe he lacks that bit of ruthlessness that is required to push the team forwards.

Only change I would consider to your line-up against Norwich is Justin for Thomas on the left hand side. We need to give JJ every opportunity to get back to the form he was in before his injury.

Justin dislocated his shoulder against Roma and might not even feature again this season ... otherwise I'd completely agree ... JJ is one of my personal favourites...

Reports now saying JJ is in contention to play against Norwich despite the recent shoulder dislocation <doh>

    Obviously a quick healer. <laugh>

Trouble with that type of injury is that once it's happened it can keep popping out if there's an underlying problem with the joint.

He's not had a lot of luck over the last year, rather like Ricardo who had the same initial ACL problem then came back and got his leg broken. Hope he gets back to his best for next season. He's a real promising talent. And boy, do we need that kind of player!

Will Sunday be the last we see of Jamie Vardy? Newspaper reports say his wife reckons they'll have to take refuge in the USA to escape the aftermath of this ridiculous court case. A swan song couple of seasons in the North American would be no bad end for him, although he looks to still have one more season in the big league left in him.

Ridiculous doesn’t come anywhere near describing the whole episode. It’s just another example in attention seeking, which both ‘wags’ must be enjoying every second of. Why anyone would think we are the slightest bit interested in the playground squabble seems almost insulting, it’s just two women with no apparent talent who have gained some kind of recognition through their husbands and are enjoying one last moment in the public eye before their husbands disappear into retirement. It’s the nouveau riche washing their dirty linen in public.
I’d like one more season from Vardy though.

Vardy needs 18 more goals to match Michael Owens premier league Tally. I would love him to stay and get 19

Calvin Bassey was MOTM yesterday as Rangers beat Hearts in the Scottish Cup Final ... he was also Rangers best player in the Europa Final in midweek ... we certainly let him slip through the net by not giving him first team opportunities... imagine him JJ and little Wes in our back line?

Well that is that. Great finish to a topsy turvy season. Community Shield to start but then a fairly desperate six months thanks to injuries. It is fair to use it as a reason for the slow start given the size of our squad. Biggest disappointments for me were the lack of quality in our transfer activity. Daka will prove to be a good but but Vesterguard and Bertrand were a disaster and Soumare need to lose 5kg and learn to work. The the injury to Fofana, such a needless tackle and did so much damage to him and our chances. The pluses were definitely the emergence of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall who was a revelation, the form of James Maddison (if he is not in the England squad then we know its personal with Southgate) and the continued excellence of Jamie Vardy. For me, a trophy, a Euro semi and 8th is a very good season. Roll on the next one.

Leicester City are set to give Northern Ireland defender Jonny Evans, 34, a new one-year deal. However, they will listen to offers for Denmark centre-back Jannik Vestergaard, 29, and French midfielder Boubakary Soumare, 23, as Brendan Rodgers looks to shake up his squad. (Mail)

Wow! There's flipping and then there's flipping ridiculous.
