Metal's my thing, but i like synthy/electro sometimes; this song manages to be both, proper banger:

Anything that sounds good, from classical to modern. There is only one type of music and that's good music.

I tend to listen to something like this in the morning when I'm in bed or before anything important to me.

I find it works for me anyway.... I lack confidence and motivation at times and it's at those times I give myself a boost.

Fair enough, but that video is pretty ****ing hilarious at the end of the day.

It's like the kind of thing a little boy at school who gets beaten up every day would find on youtube and watch, then come storming into school the next day and find his bullies and scream "I'M DONE WITH YOU HATERZ, I AIN'T YOUR BITCH NO MORE!".... and then they kick the **** out of him once again.

I often drift off to meditation videos when i sleep with messages (drink less, be calm etc), but that video is too meatheaded for me with its message.

He's an ex marine and you wouldn't believe what he does. Trust me he backs up his words it's unbelievable what he can do. Superhuman.

I like his attitude and agree with it and I like the aggressive nature of it.

Motivation is the key to everything imo... I hsve times when I need a little push and it works for me anyway.

I tried yoga but everyone is different I guess. I need to be really angry and pissed off to really get me into something.

The over the top agression is what puts me off and make it too comical for me. I do yoga sometimes, but running will always be my way to deal woth stress.

If im going to listen to a message it needs to be calm and free on agression, ie this a video for drinking less that you can fall asleep to whilst taking in the message :

Soul, Motown and Ska are my favourites. But I like most genres so long as the music is good.

One of my faves from the 70s....
DH, now 76 years old, but, still sprightly compared to Trev.

Love all kinds of music as long as it stirs something. Makes you want to sing along, dance, laugh, cry whichever, just not boring. Grew up loving rock n roll and then through sixties, seventies (the school days) and eighties. Do love Blondie mind
