I am asking the busier boards on Not606 which teams they would like to see relegated from the Premier League this season! Leeds seem to be 'one of those sides' that other fans love to hate, though that seemed to change when they won promotion in 2020.

Which teams from the top flight would you like to see relegated this season?

We love to hate Leeds - you were our Cup final in Div 2 early 80s- so maybe you should stay up. <laugh>

I'd prefer Leeds to stay up as my GF's side are from Yorkshire and all avid Leeds fans + I prefer having rivals to play/beat.

I still remember the great Leeds sides of the ‘70s with the likes of Hunter, Bremner, Charlton, Cooper etc. Always a great atmosphere when we’ve played Leeds - Leeds are the last club I’d like to see relegated. I’d like to see Spurs, Arsenal and Man U relegated. :emoticon-0140-rofl:……that obviously won’t happen this season but I live in hope for next season. :1980_boogie_down:

Jeez those Leeds teams were about the dirtiest team ever in the top league. They could play too, but didn't we have some bust ups against them !! That Billy Bremner especially was a brilliant player and tough as old boots with it. If they were playing today they'd have 8 players sent off by half time. By comparison, we'd only have 5 off !!
I'd always be happy with Leeds in the PL, and they could easily knock us over Wednesday unless Audi sorts out our problems. Hope they don't but with our form it could happen. Not getting remotely excited about Lukaku, one dive and one well taken goal is not enough.

…..a very nasty and dirty tackle on Kovačić - could have broken his ankle. Leeds player sent off for it, then Kovačić came off as well being unable to run off the injury.

Good result finally, but still a sluggish looking performance. Is it only me or do we seem to prefer walking slowly forward, playing 5 sideways passes, rather than run and use some pace?? Just an observation. Lukaku made some easy attempts look difficult, but put in an effort, Pulisic scored a ripper, but was largely invisible, Mount, James, Chalobah, Kovacic and RLC had lots of go forward. Christensen looked pretty damned good, calm and effective. the rest were all fine.
Just love to see us up the pace and inject some positivity. Think we might have a go at Liverpool, just hope Audi picks an attacking side.

Wouldn't have had a yellow card in the 70s.

Have you watched City Vs Wolves?? DeBruyne is the best midfielder NOT to play at Chelsea. What plonkers decided he was not up to it?? Mourhino for one, wouldn't know a good player if he kicked him in the nuts.
DeBruyne makes Mount, Pulisic, Havertz and Werner look like kindergarten toddlers. No ****ing about, always in the right position, in and scores.
    Absolutely on a different level.
Truth is we're just a slightly better than ordinary team with an above average Manager, and no superstars. In Mount and James we have brilliant talent but neither are the finished article. Foden is a better team player than James ,but less talented. We need Gallagher driving our midfield and scoring for fun, not Jorginho poncing about.
However, I doubt Tuchel has that much bottle. He'll buy an "established" midfielder and we'll lose Gallagher, another DeBruyner in my opinion.
Audi is a real disapointment with his negativity, trying desperately to hold onto top 4 . He'll get there so can't complain too much.
But City are the real deal, much better players than us all over the pitch and a much better attacking style of play.
I'll give Audi another season hopefully with some decent recruits unlike the barrel of lard that is Lukaku.
Can we rebuild with a serious long term plan? Yes we can but our recruiting needs to improve 1000% We are hopeless with buying and more hopeless with selling, look at the duds soaking up wages who are totally useless !!

Indeed, and that tackle may have gone totally unpunished during the 1970 Chelsea v Leeds FA Cup final. Probably the most brutal football match I’ve ever seen on TV.

I wish Tony !!!! Nope. Foden ,week after week, game after game, scores, assists, gets top ratings and is a seriously important team player for Liverpool.
James, who IS more talented, gets played in the back 3 where his skills are underused just defending, then back to wing back and looks a world beater, next game has Dave behind him who is slower than a wet week, gets Chalobah behind him next game and has a blinder. Foden at Liverpool IS by default, a better team player than James, who is hamstrung by Audis' bizarre selections and goes from ordinary to brilliant then back to ordinary again. Not his fault, but the upshot is James is not contributing to our Team anywhere near his ability to do so , nor anywhere near as much as Foden contributes game after game to Liverpool.
At least, that's how I see it.

Thought those mushrooms were dodgy Tony, I'd just watched the Liverpool game and was "drained and emotional". Either that or someone put some drunk pills in my beer, that is happening. If not ,then you must have missed the "Foden to Liverpool " transfer last week??

Wherever he plays now, Foden has just won best young player again edging out Mount and Rice among others. It's largely because of the stability of his Team and the quality of the players that allows the talented De Bruynes' and Fodens to shine at City . Mount , James Rice are going to look just as good in a Team as good as City, but Foden has done everything to earn his top spot this season. Next one might be different, we can only hope.
