Nice piece about Andy Robertson and enjoyed his time at Hull etc, with cameo from SBruce... Today Liverpool Champions League that Royal Madrid League Sitee...
the three main reasons i disliked liverpool aren't part of the club any more. chelsea i'm indifferent to. today: liverpool because robertson.
Genuinely passed me by Went out for brunch Then played in garden with grandkids Now recovering with a cigar and a scotch. Is it as **** a game as they often are?
No, it's pretty good but not brilliant. All red for 1st half hour then Chelsea got back into it, they've had most chances. If I was a betting man I'd be backing Chelsea now.
Thanks If it wasn’t so bloody sunny, and I wasn’t sat next to an outdoor fridge full of beer I might even watch some of it…
I don’t think I could bear the smug attitude of Liverpool ‘fans’ in Hull if they go on to win the league and Champions League as well. Hopefully Man City clinch the league and Madrid get their 14th European Cup.
Bit disappointing that, like SCB says commentators talking it up far too much. I thought both sides looked a bit battle-weary, maybe Chelsea are just knackered and L'pool trying to save themselves for the next week or two?
It was a long game with two good teams trying to break each other down and having a few half-decent chances. Not an FA Cup final to remember. Ours was far more thrilling.
I had a £10 free bet on Liverpool, only reason I wanted them to win, but I did fancy the draw, should have done that instead!
No love for Liverpool, but their end looked amazing after the penalties. Must have been some sight not having any real skin in the game.
To be fair, their fans were brilliant, way better than the Chelsea support and the penalties were right in front of us, which was pretty good. The first half was good, but Liverpool lost momentum when Salah went off. The second half was fairly poor and extra time was painfully tedious. All in all, a decent day out.
