    I'd say that Krul is performing better than Szczesny at the moment with his current superb form. I'd say that us having the current best defense in the league on goals conceded is 50% down to him.

    Not to mention he doesn't really command respect in the same way as Krul, Hart and more experienced keepers. He's still good though

    Mata's shot was not saveable, I think Song got a touch to it as well when he tried to tackle Mata.

    Conceded 8 vs United:

    Tell me the goal against United where he was at fault?

    You clearly just checked the scoreline, look at the number of goals conceded and decide: Ah crap keeper.


    To make it easier for everyone:

    Which keeper do you think combines quality and potential as well as Szczesny does? In fact, which keeper do you think is better?

    Yes. And he has been the captain of my fantasy football for the last two seasons.

    Unfortunately, to say he is injury prone is an understatement, he is made of chocolate.

    Although I think Krul and Schezenzheznzechzney are on a par, Schezenzheznzechzney dropped a couple of high balls today and could've been sent off. Not a great performance IMO.

    Honestly dont see the fascination with Szczesny, hes always looked likely to drop clangers when I've seen him play and actually has on occasion, lets in a lot of easy goals and if he played for any other team outside the top 6 nobody would say a word about him.

    Average.

    Krul, Given, Friedel, Cech, Hart, Schwarzer, Reina are all better keepers IMO.

    Yellow card for a tackle on a player, but he wasn't the last man as defenders were tracking back so it was never a red.
