Which team of ours will turn up? The one that won 3 in a row against Chelsea United and west ham? or the one that lost 3 in a row against Palace Brighton and Southampton? personally hoping you get your shock result against Chelsea midweek
Apart from the game at ER this season we've always been in the game against you lot. In fact, on more than one occasion you lot have been hanging on in the game for long periods. You guys are playing some good stuff and deservedly are heading for a top 4 finish. I don't expect us to give you too many problems but I'm hoping we can just sneak something from the game. After this game I hope you take 4th and get back into the CL.
Irrespective of form, Brighton have one of the best away records in the league. Their play is pretty consistent - the bad run of form in the middle of the season was a goal drought not really a performance one. Now they seem to have worked out where the goal is. They’ve played us 3 times since promotion and outplayed us in all of them. Brentford are bang in form too. Appreciate this is the Arsenal thread but our run in is the most difficult of the threatened sides and we need to look for points in every game not be thinking their are easier games around the corner.
Not wishing to repeat myself but if Arsenal beat us they go four points clear of Tottenham going into the north London derby. It would be so them to bottle it and lose.
100% agree, every game we have is a hard one. Aston Villa also confirmed to us yesterday that there’s no such thing as teams being “on the beach”. As a professional footballer you want to win every game.
A point for us today and a Leicester win would be massive. Everton might as well be awarded the win at Watford without turning up, that would leave us 1 point ahead and three games each. That bloody goal difference could haunt us yet
I’m still holding out hope Burnley will lose their last four. We’d need one and might be our limit to scramble a draw
Really hope I'm wrong, but my head doubts that we will get any points in the remaining games. So being Leeds we will probably get 12.
Mate didn't wash the tickets today, so hopefully getting to the game this time. Think it will be a draw.
That's right always expect the unexpected with Leeds, mind you that sadly, only seems to apply to the games were expected to win, goes back as far as i can remember, (even to the Revie era) but as you are all saying a point would be massive today fingers crossed
Asked hotel manager if the game was on today. He said yes at 4pm and which are you. Leeds i said. He replied with... Leeds leeds leeds leeds.
We need Leicester to show up today. Everton have the worst away record in the league with only 1 win. As for Watford, Maybe playing without the pressure of relegation will help them! Just off to count the straws I’m clutching
