Our kid has gone with his lass to Elland Road. He states the atmosphere in the pubs is electric. Apparently a couple of coaches of lads have made the journey so should be tasty.
Wake up. Rervers are playing at Elland Road in the semi final of the Challenge Cup. Nothing to do with LUFC.
I clicked on this thread thinking it was going to be an appreciation of Bristol Rovers’ amazing last day achievement. That would have been a little more interesting.
I was hanging on every update from Jeff and the reporter at the Memorial Ground. Don’t like Barton but hats off to him and his team. Reminded me slightly of Burnley away in the eighties, but we just couldn’t get that third goal.
So pleased about this as, I think I've said before on here, a young lad called Elliot Anderson, who's the best youth footballer I've ever seen, went on loan to The Gas at the end of January. He's had a massive impact on the last third of their season. It's highly unlikely because I think he'll be starting for Newcastle next season, but if we could get him on loan he would be a massive asset.
