It would be a shame in a way for Ralph to carry us through the Gao era with no real transfer support to get sacked just as things change and I still think he deserves the chance because frankly he has been working with crayons. BUT I cant blame people for being really aggravated by the absolute garbage the club is churning out and I don't think Ralph or the players have acknowledged it or shown any sign of improvement in fact in midweek Ralph was offended at criticism about recent performances. I mean we are now at the point that we can say this season has been a failure and a continuation of this form into next season would almost certainly lead to relegation.

Yeah but would they get us to 40 points in the first place. We obviously have gotten safe and given up, which is on Ralph. But can’t be completely ignored that he has kept us up for a few seasons when we must be in the bottom 5 for spend in each of those years (and possibly bottom overall if you only include teams who have been in the league for those 3 years)
Yeah, he's hard done by if he gets the boot over the summer, but if Rasmus could tweak Thomas Frank out of Brentford, I wouldn't be totally against it.
Yep, agree with this. Not sure we would get Frank though. It may be the obvious choice for us to try, but wouldn’t be a bad shout.
I have been wondering if we tried to get Ralph to stay at the club in another capacity, whilst bringing in a new manager. I think Ralph has taken us as far as he could.
Yeah, but coaching and tactics has nothing to do with the cataclysmic brain farts he seems susceptible to. As someone else said earlier, some of his mistakes aren’t even pro level, let alone PL level.
No we aren’t but when this run started 10 or so games ago it looked like we were. He hasn’t been able to stop the rot which, as I said, is on him. Im confident that if he is here next season we will have another season like this, we probably won’t go down but we will have large spells of **** again. Finishing lower bottom half whether or not that is what you want is up to you.
