Cmon guys. You guys are safe and don’t need the points and surely you’d all prefer us to win the title over your oil rivals at city?
Brothers in oil. Apparently they have offered us De Bruyne on loan if we beat you or Grealish if we get a point. If we lose we have to buy Sterling.
Man City were also one of the clubs involved in delaying our take over. We've always got on well with the Liverpool posters on this forum, particularly back in mafia game days. They seem like a decent bunch of lads - apart from @Sucky - he's a **** who once accused me of being a Chinese Spy on the prem board!
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61252605 I think plug needs to look up the meaning of “ immortal “
I'm a bit torn on this one... Obviously I'd like to see us win every game, but, I'd also like to see Liverpool beat City to the league - in fact, I'd like them to win the quad as that would just be an unreal thing to witness - until I thought that I'd like us to do that in the future , so upon reflection: Take as many points as possible for the Toon in the league - got to finish as high as possible, keep the confidence flowing and look as attractive as possible for the window Liverpool for the cup treble City for the league Most importantly however, Everton to go down - In retrospect to point 1, if we absolutely had to drop points in the last game of the season to ensure that - I'd not be terribly upset if we failed to win Been off the forum for a wee while - been an amazing journey so far since the takeover... Up the Toon
We got City after you, can we just beat both of yous? Players surely knackered after last night's effort and not at their fullest for an early Saturday game.
Sorry: Man City Stand Alongside Newcastle United in Opposing 18 Premier League Clubs' Stance on New Legislation As reported by The Guardian, earlier this week Manchester City opted to abstain from a vote for legislation intended to prevent Newcastle United's new owners 'from striking lucrative sponsorship deals' with 'pre-existing business relationships Daniel Levy Leads Tottenham, Man United, Liverpool & Arsenal Rally AGAINST New Newcastle Owners! Saying that though we do all want Everton to go down
You do realise that wasn’t in support of Newcastle but more because 90% of their sponsorship comes from their owners though right?
Yeah absolutely! Do you think I thought otherwise? Apologies if I gave that impression but certainly not under any illusions as to why they are standing with us on that particular point - a combined wealth of approximately 80-85% of the leagues owners value, and they are small fry... please log in to view this image I want ridiculous income for us though and therefore though I'd much rather City win the EPL and the CL. Also added benefit is we could listen to your owners (****ing Stupid Gimps) and the rest of the "big six" owners cry more about how unfair it is.
We'll have a close offside ruled out, they will get a dodgy pen, we'll be denied a stone waller. Something will happen.
