Playoff / Promotion Target

After the disappointing draw against Cardiff, here is the update of the stats table comparing PlayOff and Auto Promotion targets compared to previous season.

Targets have slipped a little but obviously a few wins would change the picture.

The table shows games played, points to date and target points for Playoff or Auto promotion. It also shows the points Leeds had at the same stage last season

with only 12 points from the last 10 games.

1 point BEHIND of PLAYOFF target (based on 76pts)
4 points BEHIND AUTO taget (based on 85 pts)


PROJECTED Season Points Total at GAME 14

Current Pts per Game give a total of 72 points for the season.

On an AVERAGE season this would end up in 7th place

Before anyone comments. I do have spare time and it took only 10 mins to knock up on a spreadsheet using Football365 website.

AND It will only take 2 mins to update every 2 weeks.

Penshaw, sorry for not getting back to you earlier - I think this is an excellent idea and I look forward to more.

How about I rename the games thread the 'games and stats' thread and Penshaw can make one of these threads each week (till he throws himself off a bridge in statto rage) which can be linked from there? We could then discuss our progress on those weekly threads rather than having one stickied stats thread which won't get as much attention.
