Think? I’d make sure if I were you. Missed a train transfer at Lincoln once. Got off train and checked and went to platform where transfer train was to pull in. Pretty busy. Sat down and reading kindle. Thirty minutes later checked and found transfer train had pulled in from opposite end of platform where I was sitting. Apparently it was a short train which didn’t come even as far as half way along the platform and then pulled out back in the direction it came in from. Leaving me happily reading a kindle at the other end of the platform. Happy days.
On our honeymoon to Edinburgh my train ticket home said 5pm train (roughly), so as we just ordered our dinner about 4 i clock, I decided to have a quick look at the tickets. Realised the 5pm train was from Glasgow, it was anytime from Glasgow to Edinburgh So I'm a bit more careful now with train journeys
